Google+ to suspend users using "fake" names (pseudonyms and nicknames)

Google+ product manager Saurabh announced that users using pseudonyms and nicknames will be given a 4-days notice before their accounts are to be suspended. The 4-days grace period is in response to earlier feedback where users were immediately suspended without notice for violating Google’s Common Names Policy.

One of the things we strive for on Google+ is to make connecting with people on the web more like connecting with people in the real world. So as part of this effort, we’ve asked that those signing up for the service use the name they commonly go by in the real world.

A print screen at blog time revealed many were not pleased with Google's names policy.
