Cannot ping - How to refresh network settings?

Ever wondered why PC A can ping PC B but not the other way round? One possible reason could be due to firewall or you just need a network settings refresh.

How to refresh network settings?

1. From Start Menu, Click Run.
2. Type cmd.
3. Type netsh and hit Enter.
4. Type int and hit Enter.
5. Type ip and hit Enter.
6. Type reset and hit Enter.
7. Type winsock and hit Enter.
8. Type reset and hit Enter.
9. Type firewall and hit Enter.
10. Type reset and hit Enter.
11. Type bye and hit Enter.
12. Type exit and hit Enter.
13. Restart your computer.
