Top Spam Provider Resurrected

Just 2 weeks ago, a top spam provider was forced offline after when McColo Corp., a hosting company, was singled out to be acting as a gateway for the spam and thus was eventually shutdown.

Now, the spam provider has resurrected as reported on ComputerWorld.
